Local Asparagus time!

I am thrilled that Spring is finally here and the start of lots of tasty and local/English foods!

Always my favourite time when we get to go back to Spilman Farms for Asparagus in May and Strawberries in June! This week you will get the delicious thin stemmed Asparagus, it takes no time to cook, I recommend melted butter in a pan and fry until tender.
